It s obvious that Supreme Court in 1953. Ruling in Orloff v. Willoughby, 345 U.S. 83 (1953) was a new introduction but the language portrays something normal, why this betrayal? Where is any debate for and against introduction of such a radical change and these new concepts "Military necessity" concept and its scope if it exists or is important?
What is being described, exemplified or confused here "judiciary be as scrupulous not to interfere with legitimate Army matters as the Army must be scrupulous not to intervene in judicial matters" . There are no two opinions about resolving any dispute with as much fairness, consideration to find facts and restore justice as possible. But see how this principle is being confused here and supreme court is sending a message that once you are with the slaveholders, it is legitimate whatever they do with you Bye Bye.
Nobody even supreme court can exclude any American citizen/military-conscript from "We the People".
The preamble to the constitution reminds the spirit of the constitution:
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
The articles after the constitution are not privileges but guides and means to the mission of the preamble and declaration of independence. A common sense look at the declaration and preamble is enough to expect supreme court should have stated to confirm its responsibility to establish justice such as: it would fight for ensuring that justice is established everywhere and for all citizens equally. It is clearly against the spirit of the declaration, preamble to the constitution and the First Amendment that: "judiciary be as scrupulous not to interfere with legitimate Army matters". The spirit of the declaration, preamble and First Amendment requires a statement like this: supreme court will not lose any opportunity to confirm its commitment to establish the intended objectives of the declaration, preamble to the constitution and the First Amendment that it will be extremely scrupulous to interfere with any person anywhere in US or abroad for its citizens to establish justice without discrimination.
Declaration does not allow any discrimination among citizens that takes away parts of their "unalienable Rights" that establish their equality which is endowed by their Creator.

It is well known that from Babylonian times to the fall of Saddam Hussein Iraq has been a multi religious society. Western invaders lured Shias, with the cash money and false future prospects to work for the occupation forces to help topple Saddam and control anti-occupation rebellious Sunni population. This created a rivalry and enmity between the two major religious sections of Iraqi society that forced both sections to move towards their majority areas as living as close neighbors became risky as apprehensions skyrocketed.
Using one group against the other for spying also tore apart peaceful relationships between Christians and Muslims as Christian Churches & individuals were similarly lured to work with occupiers against the other groups especially Sunni & Shias for short term cash & false prospects. Tensions between Christians and Muslims rose as Muslims discovered Christians Vatican associated Churches are spying and reason behind raids, drones and sniper killings and in many cases aerial bombings by allied military. Many Christian communities were forced to leave their homes and migrate to other safer locations. Such unfortunate incidences of Christian migrations were prominently published in the global media as evidence of Muslim hatred of Christians to create global tensions in societies in other countries. Such practice of using military civilian collaborators and informers is not new and has always been a necessity for foreign occupiers that runs havoc by creating deep hostilities that last for generations if not many centuries. DO CHRISTIAN FANATICS IN THE MILITARY ENDANGER NATIONAL SECURITY?
Mikey Weinstein in his book No Snowflake in an Avalanche says that he has “conclusively identified the perpetrators as hardcore fundamentalist Christian elements within every branch of the military, intent on creating nothing less than an army of zombie zealots prepared to fight and die in order to usher in the dispensational reign of Jesus Christ on earth.”
If Weinstein is right, it is disturbing to think of nuclear weapons in the hands of religious fanatics.
